This policy explains what data Ultheron Labs ("Ultheron", "we") collects when you use the Ultheron website and early-access service, and how that data is used. Data we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

AI processing

Coaching reports and post-mortem narratives are generated with Claude, a language model provided by Anthropic. To generate a report, we send Anthropic the relevant structured trade metrics and journal notes through its commercial API. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, this data is not used to train its models. We do not send your exchange API keys or credentials to any AI provider.

Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run the service. These include cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare), AI processing (Anthropic), error monitoring (Sentry) and email delivery. Each processor receives only the data it needs to do its job.

Security

Exchange API keys are encrypted at rest and stored in a managed secrets service. Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to the operator.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@ultheron.org. We complete deletion requests within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
